2. Purpose
This website offers a free, synced schedule for musicians and groups. Its use is governed by the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
3. No affiliation
RecMusicians Pro Agenda is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand, record label, collective rights management organization, music streaming or distribution platform, instrument manufacturer, social network or messaging service. This includes WhatsApp, when the app offers a link to open it. Using Supabase, Cloudflare or Google as providers does not mean that they sponsor or endorse us.
4. Third-party trademarks
Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos that appear on the website or in ads belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for reference only and do not imply any relationship.
5. User content and infringement notices
Sheet music, recordings, photos, messages and other content added by users belong to them, and each user is responsible for what they add. If you believe any content infringes your copyright or other rights, write to us at recmusicianspro@gmail.com. Tell us what the content is, which group it is in (if you know) and why it infringes your rights. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.
6. Liability
The information and the app are provided “as is.” See the warranty and limitation of liability sections in the Terms and conditions.
7. Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
